How is the credit limit deducted?

First, deduct the current subscription package quota
Once the current quota is deducted, the add-on limit will be automatically added
When both are used up, the translation pauses, allowing you to purchase or upgrade to a package

When the package quota expires, it becomes void, but the add-on quota does not—so the system always uses the expired portion first, trying to keep the quota you bought.

The add-on quota supplements the subscription and requires an active subscription to be used. The credit limit remains after the subscription expires, but renewal allows you to continue using the credit.

About Subscriptions & Billing

How is my quota calculated?

Quota is calculated based on the actual number of tokens consumed by the AI model. A token is the smallest unit of text processed by the model: roughly 1.5–2 Chinese characters equal one token, and about 4 English characters equal one token. Billing covers both the source text sent to the model and the translated text returned by the model. Pages that have already been translated and cached will not be charged again.

When I renew, does my quota reset or accumulate?

The plan limit is reset by default at the start of the new cycle, and any unused portion from the previous cycle is not carried over, which is consistent with most subscription services. Credit packages purchased for additional purchases are unaffected—they do not participate in cycle resets and remain valid after renewal.

What should I do if my quota runs out during the cycle?

You can buy a quota-plus package, and after payment, the payment will arrive immediately—no need to wait for the next cycle, nor upgrade the entire package just for a single peak usage. When translating, the system first deducts the current package quota, and only after deducting it does the additional purchase limit proceed.

Will the add-on quota expire?

No. The add-on quota does not reset with the subscription cycle and has no expiration date; renewals or package upgrades will not reset to zero. However, it is a supplement to subscription services and requires an active subscription to be consumed; The credit limit remains after the subscription expires, but renewal allows you to continue using the credit.

Will I lose remaining days if I renew early?

No. The renewal period is added to the original expiration date, not calculated from the payment day. If you renew 10 days early, those 10 days still belong to you.

Will it be deactivated immediately after expiration?

There's a grace period. Services remain fully available during the grace days after expiration, giving you time to renew at your convenience. After the grace period, translation is paused, but already translated pages continue to display normally and won't go offline.

Can I upgrade my plan midway?

Yes. Simply start a new subscription in your member center, and the cycle and quota will be recalculated based on the new plan.

How many websites can one subscription be used on?

Each tier specifies the number of bindable websites. The authorization code can be found in your member center, and a site can be unbinded and then rebinded to a new domain.

What payment methods are supported?

Online payment methods like PayPal are supported. The specific available options depend on what's shown at the checkout page.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, submit an invoicing request on the order details page, and we will issue it according to the billing information you provide.
