About Subscriptions & Billing

Quota is calculated based on the actual number of tokens consumed by the AI model. A token is the smallest unit of text processed by the model: roughly 1.5–2 Chinese characters equal one token, and about 4 English characters equal one token. Billing covers both the source text sent to the model and the translated text returned by the model. Pages that have already been translated and cached will not be charged again.
By default, your quota resets to the plan allowance at the start of each new cycle, and any unused amount from the previous cycle does not roll over. This is consistent with how most subscription services work.
No. The renewal period is added to the original expiration date, not calculated from the payment day. If you renew 10 days early, those 10 days still belong to you.
There's a grace period. Services remain fully available during the grace days after expiration, giving you time to renew at your convenience. After the grace period, translation is paused, but already translated pages continue to display normally and won't go offline.
Yes. Simply start a new subscription in your member center, and the cycle and quota will be recalculated based on the new plan.
Each tier specifies the number of bindable websites. The authorization code can be found in your member center, and a site can be unbinded and then rebinded to a new domain.
